Under Manny’s leadership, MGT Academy has produced multiple nationally ranked players in the United States, champions of prestigious international junior events, and numerous athletes who have earned collegiate tennis scholarships.

In recognition of his impact on player development and competitive coaching, Manny Garcia was honored as the 2022 USPTA South Florida Coach of the Year, Touring Coach of the Year, and Pro of the Year.​
